Items purchased from nita-engle.com are easily returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment. DVDs must be unopened and still in their original plastic wrap. Books must be returned unused and unmarked. Prints must be unblemished and in their original condition.

Please call 800-685-2757 x101 prior to returning your item to obtain a return authorization number. Items returned without a return authorization will be discarded. If your DVD is defective, a replacement will be provided for up to one year from the original sale date. Please call 800-685-2757 x101 to setup exchanges.
